Somtimes life is sad

My dear old dog is on her last legs. And each day I make her a Hotpocket with Ham and cheese and hope that she will still eat.
Today was a little less than yesterday. And she is getting shakey ,but still drinking water. She does not seem to be in pain ,just getting old. But then so am I. I donto have the heart to put her to sleep. I love her and want to keep her with me as long as possible.And yet each nite I pray that she die peacefully in her sleep .Oh my this is tough !!!
There she is peeking out from behind my granddaughter ! Love you girlfriend

    I know that feeling only too well. It's always hard to say goodbye to our canine friends as they always give us such unconditional love. I'll pray too that sleep will come peacefully and you don't have to make that horrible decision.x
