Somtimes life is sad

My dear old dog is on her last legs. And each day I make her a Hotpocket with Ham and cheese and hope that she will still eat.
Today was a little less than yesterday. And she is getting shakey ,but still drinking water. She does not seem to be in pain ,just getting old. But then so am I. I donto have the heart to put her to sleep. I love her and want to keep her with me as long as possible.And yet each nite I pray that she die peacefully in her sleep .Oh my this is tough !!!

Its five am

My son woke me at three and we have had a two hour conversation on religions! Good Sunday topic dont you think? Not sure how this is gonna work out, he's exploring the Hundu religion ...Hunamon ( the monkey God ) .I cannot even pronounce half the names of these dieties let alone pronounce them. It is good to know he is openminded to all new things .....He's such an interesting person .....but it is still 5AM and I am tired.... Happiness is knowing your kids are open minded to others faiths and lives.May the universe of light and love surround them on their search for life .

I got the kids Valentines box to Chicago ...yes yes ! Wanna see what I made ? the boxes have kisses in them,chocolate kisses .....Please God let me be on a roll !  Ok ,now here I sit wondering how others, who are as old if not older than me ,keep telling me we are not getting older we are getting better .Geeze when is the last time they tried jumping up on the porch ,getting up and answering the door after sitting to long ,and last but not least looking at the chicken skin under their chins . If this is better ,I wonder what is worse ?
      Dont get me wrong Im enjoying myself .Even if I am getting older :) The other day looking at antique Cars and they had a 48 Packard and they dont even make them anymore.I was born that year! ,hmmm does that mean Im an antique ?And you know you are getting old when young people tell you "I thought you were only 50 LMAO  who you kidding kid ?
          Rock on gramma young people let you get away with all kind of things ,and are amazed that you can still dance let alone think ..............Look out world Im old but Im rockin'
